Sue - Sisters are terrific. Death sucks. I'm so glad you were able to see her before she went on her next journey. Don't be strong. Wallow in your grief, but remember her life, her smile, her laugh. It doesn't get easier, it just gets different. From one who knows... Hugs, Beth
Suebob, I feel for you and your family. I am sorry. I am also glad that you are there with your and her loved ones. I think your sentiments, what you've written here, have been wonderful, and I hope you are taking them to heart. Best wishes.
Suebob I have prayed for you every single day since this terrible "time inbetween" started. I will continue to do so in hopes that you will have the strength to go on and the ability to blend the sad with the glad. I just lost my brother and it is a debilitating time but through the tears and utter grief comes an occasional fond memory that brings a smile. God bless you and your family. Jane
I'm so very sorry. I've never felt what it feels like to lose a sister. I have two sisters and I don't even want to imagine. When my father died the only story that helped me get through was to imagine him on a ship. For all that are sad to see her go here on this shore...there are that many or more happily greeting her on the other side of the horizen. Prayers from my heart to yours.
Oh Suebob, I'm heartbroken to come back and see this. Even if we believe in an After that is, no doubt, far superior for HER, it's still so hard to be left behind. My deepest condolences to you and the rest of your family. Wishing you peace and grace to get through this time.
