Why?

Why do people take lessons in weaving, when dog hair, which is apparently inanimate, can weave ITSELF into my clothing and car seats?

Now just think, when you attempt to sell the car, you can go on and on about the organic hair used to make the seats so...comfy.

Now you can weave your very own hairshirt on days when you need to do penance for something.

Fleece is impenetrable. Resistant to wind, rain, snow, nuclear fall-out. But not dog hair. Our dog hardly ever comes in the house and I find his wiry hairs in the stuck in the baby's mouth in the morning. Sheesh.

Dawn - car has black interior. Dog is tan. It is going to take A LOT of fur....

Count- my friend Jan knit hats from dog wool. She said they were fine until they got wet, when they smelled like wet dog. Eeech.

WG - my virtual hairshirt is always with me

Mignon - I appreciate the double effort

Mar - what a thoughtful and bizarre gift
