Seeing is believing

I scanned an old unflavored gelatine cookbook and put it up on my flickr account.

You need to see it. How bad do you need to see it?

Well, there's a recipe for jellied corned beef and cabbage.

Have you ever seen that site that has old Weight Watchers recipe cards posted? Now that is some nasty stuff.

I find old cookbooks and such really interesting. On a recent visit home, I found my Dad's baby book from 1942. You would not BELIEVE some of the advice in there.; 10:35 AM
