I got my photo taken with The Big Tofu at the Los Angeles Tofu Festival. Do I know how to party or what? (I'm afraid the answer is "or what.")

The Tofu Festival is a benefit for an Asian Cultural Center. The festival is about half Asian booths and half crunchy organic granola types. The Asian booths inevitably have better food.

I find the silken a little too slippery for my taste :-); 8:36 PM
