Sweet dreams

Last night I dreamed of my sister.

She was standing in her kitchen in white painter pants and her paisley blue and white Indian shirt, watering her plants.

This was odd, because she hadn't stood up in maybe 10 years.

"Should you be walking around?" I asked.

"I'm a little wobbly, but I'm okay," she answered.

That is what I choose to believe. She is somewhere learning to stand again, not quite 100%, but getting there nevertheless.

That's great. I think she is happy, even if she does have to relearn a few things.

What a gift, Suebob. She is okay, you know.

Oh that is awesome and eerie at the same time! I remember having dreams about my grandma when she passed away.

I hope you were comforted by the sight of her.

What a wonderful dream.

I had a dream two years ago about my dad taking my son out on a boat on a serene lake. Then my grandpa appears in another boat out of nowhere. My dad says, "Hey, Pop. This is my grandson Seth. This is Lisa's boy." And grandpa just grins and nods his head. (He never got to meet Seth.) It moves me to tears every time I think of it. (My son's middle name is my grandfather's. And Seth, in looks and temperment is so much like my dad.)So that dream has been such a precious gift.

Sounds like you've got a dream to keep in your heart now too. Very happy that you've been given such a precious gift. And hopefully she'll "visit" again. Maybe next time she'll be on an island with a drink in her hand while getting a rubdown from a hot cabana boy. heehee

After my mom died, I dreamt about her every night for years. It was her way of letting me know she was still with me. I believe that with all my heart.
Your sister is letting you know she's there.

I dreamed of similar things right after my mom died. She told me not to worry about her, that she didn't suffer when she died. It was like she looked right into my heart and knew what I was worried about. I will always believe that was really her speaking to me and trying to ease my mind.
