I hate to nitpick a t-shirt slogan, but I think the shirt means "ho bags" not "Hoe Bags," which would be bags of gardening tools. Although maybe that is exactly what the shirt is talking about (nothing like implements to till the soil!), which would make it much funnier than what I think it is.

I think the shirt says "I love Shoes, Bags and Boys" - at first glance I did think it was about ho bags, too!

Just kidding. Somehow ho bags seemed to go so well with boys that it didn't even occur to my demented little brain that normal women would prefer a shirt reading about shoes, bags, and boys.

When I walked back by, they had pulled the jacket back to reveal that it said "Shoes" but I liked it better the other way.
